365 creative items once a Day....

Well, today starts the beginning of 365 creative items once a Day.....  i will be abbreviating this to 365 a Day. i will be doing two things a day first is something creative in the shape of a cross of some style (simple to ornate) and, second, a letter to someone in the US.  They will be labeled 365c # for the crosses and 365L # for the letters.

There is a great little book called A Daily Creativity Journal 365:  Make Something Everyday and Change Your Life! by Noah Scalin.  i ran across in my reading and searching for books on creativity.  (Creativity is one of my twelve categories on my 12 x 12 for 2012 Reading Goal.)  i plan to post daily the outcome of a cross per day.  i will give some of the w’s and how for the cross showing that day.  i also will provide some information on the history of crosses, the various styles, and other related things.  As for a daily letter, i will share what i can from the letters.  i cannot nor will i do anything that would reveal the person the letter was sent unless i know clearly it is ok with them to mention it on my blog.  This leaves me sharing how i experienced and impacted by the experience of writing one letter a day.  i plan on writing the letter a day, while i know i cannot mail it everyday due to post office closings and Sunday no mail.

There is a good website, that i will submit my blogs of this creative adventure with crosses in a few months.  You can check out the 365 website at    http://makesomething365.blogspot.com/

i will let you know when i am on the website.

Have a great day!! (Mother's day, as well)
