i am kind of a weirdo, i like little twists and stories. With these buttons besides watching my other go through her buttons and remember the outfit that went to that button and where she wore it, i wonder about symbolism and metaphor. A button cross is a real metaphor on how the cross binds with us, as children of God and believers in Jesus Christ.
i am listening to the book Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis. i have only read bits and pieces before. It is interesting about the theme, it is about mere christianity, the basic of that which all can agree on in God and his only Son, Jesus Christ. Nothing else. That basic eliminates hierarchy that we humans bind to various sects of religion. More on this book in upcoming blogs.
