The third letter was sent to a relative who had sent a special email to another relative.

One of the reasons i chose to add this letter sending, particular odd since i am sure to those who know i am not a big "go get the mail" everyday person, came about because of a letter i wrote to Southwest Airlines earlier in the year.  i have for many years in working with young people said...if you would write a note or contact someone who has done something good half as many times as we complain about something to people, we would probably change the world.  Well, i am impressed.  A Southwest Airlines employee,  when i got on the plane really stepped up above and beyond in my opinion.  i had dropped out of my  pocket the seatbelt extension i use to fly.  Another flyer said he had seen it where i had been sitting.  She went out to the gate area, got it, and brought it back to me.  i thanked her then, but later thought i should do more, that was above and beyond.  Well, i recently received a letter and copies of what Southwest Airlines does with those type of correspondences.  i was very impressed on how that was handled from the flight attendant to the corporate office.  Thank you Southwest Airlines.
